THE BIG CONCERN A concern with the environment is so important for us because we live from it,we live in it and we live with it. By saying that "we live from it" is meant that it provides us with the means to our livelihood. It provides us the raw materials needed for daily productive activities so much. We grow crops in the environment and we get food, we mine the environment's resources. "We live in it" means that the environment is not just a physical pre-codition for human life and productive activity. It is where we lead our daily lives.
